individualised or in groupsThis concept´s assimilation process (technical and tactical) such as the improvement of physical aspects is not unfortunately instantaneous, so that we establish minimum periods of work that allow us making tangible the results that we are looking for.
We recommend that the work´s duration per season, that is, 9 months in competition time (discounting summer, Christmas and Easter periods), and there are also specific Pre-season, summer, Christmas and holidays programs lasting more than one week.
Fortunately, there are alternative standard periods of stay, ranging from one month (minimum period required) to the recommended 9 months, through specific programs of 3 and 6 months respectively.
